Materuni Waterfall
This spectacular waterfall is located in the village of Materuni at the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, about 20km from Moshi town. The local Chagga people calls it Mnambe. To enjoy the full experience, we will organise a motorbike-taxi from Moshi town, or a car depending on you. You will pass through different Chagga villages and on the way you will see great views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Once you reach the Materuni village, we will pay the entrance fee then from here you will walk for about 1 km among banana and coffee plantations until you will reach the waterfall.
Arusha National Park
Arusha National Park is among the smallest parks in Tanzania and located quite close to the city of Arusha, making it an ideal day trip to relax after or before climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Many families with young children, also opt for a day trip to Arusha National Park.
Kilimanjaro National Park
In case you are among those people whom high altitudes is not really their friend, but still want to see a bit of Mount Kilimanjaro. You can take a day or two days hiking at the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Chemka Hot Springs
This little oasis is located at the southern part of Moshi town. You will go through a famous TPC sugar plantation to a semi desert area, where at the end you will be surprised to find this little oasis. You will enjoy swimming in this warm and very clear water, or just sitting around and refreshing your feet. It is ideal for a day or half day trip.
